Very little. We just need a flat, designated performance area and access to a standard power source. If your event is outdoors, adequate overhead cover/shelter to protect our gear from the elements.

We typically arrive 45 to 60 minutes before our scheduled start time. This ensures we are completely set up, soundchecked, and ready to go before your guests arrive or the event begins.

For our standard sets (Tier 1 & 2), we perform from our rehearsed set! For weddings and bespoke events (Tier 3 & 4), we are happy to learn specific songs for your key moments, such as the walk down the aisle or the first dance.

We are based in Cairns and travel within our local area is included in our packages. For events requiring significant travel or overnight stays, a travel fee will be calculated and added to your custom proposal.

Once you submit your booking request form, we will confirm our availability and issue a formal agreement and deposit invoice. Your date is securely locked into our calendar as soon as the booking deposit is cleared.
